What is the difference between a “traditional” online booking system and the booking system found on your website?
Traditional online booking systems are basically an easy to use, readily available order form. Completion and submission of these types of order forms do not guarantee you a place and is not finalized until the hotel confirms your reservation.
On our website the system automatically checks availability and prices in the background while you are completing your reservation; this way you can make your selection based on the most up to date information. There is also the possibility of making your prepayment online via secure bank card transaction; therefore, your reservation is guaranteed and is confirmed by e-mail in which you receive a voucher.
What is the difference between confirmation and a voucher?
With a confirmation the hotel ensures that the requested accommodation will be available, however, the entire balance of the price remains to be paid. With a voucher we also confirm your payment either in part or in full; therefore, upon arrival payment matters are already taken care of. The latter is convenient and is also a great gift idea.
When can you check-in to occupy your room?
You may check-in any time after 2:00 PM in all of our hotels as all of them offer 24 hour reception services. To ensure your convenience we ask that you notify us by a short e-mail if you are expected to arrive after 8:00 PM.
Is breakfast included in the accommodation price?
In our hotels all daily price rates and package offers include breakfast which is served between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Of course there is an opportunity to book your accommodation without breakfast; however, this needs to be requested on an individual bases.
By what time do you need to check-out?
You need to check-out by 11:00 AM on the day of your departure. You can also take advantage of our so called “late check-out”; you can get further details about this option from our reception service or from our actual seasonal offers.
Is smoking allowed in your hotel buildings?
In support of a healthy lifestyle all of our hotel rooms are non-smoking; smoking is allowed only in designated areas. The buildings are equipped with a fire alarm system; therefore, smoking in non designated areas sets off the alarm and the fire departments is notified.
Is there a laundry service available in your hotels?
In the event that our guests place a prior request for such service we can offer laundry service to them where we will have their laundry cleaned in 24 hours.
